Inspired by this legend, we have created an important wine to accompany the most pleasant moments and joyful, calling Imeneo for his character so similar to the God of marriage. Ruby red, intense, mellow flavor, well structured with fresh acidity and smooth tannins in balance with the structure. Notes of red fruits, vanilla and spices. Great for pairing with typical Tuscan dishes, superb for meetings or any special events.
In the countryside of Bolgheri, between Sant’Uberto and Le Ferrugini, the vineyards reflecting the nature of these lands extend. Here, the vines of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grow and give life to a Superior Bolgheri recognizable among many others. This "Vero Bolgherese" could only be called with the name of the land it belongs to. The Borgheri Superiore Sant’Uberto is naturally produced from manually selected grapes and with separate vinifications. It’s produced after two stages of fermentation and the second one takes place in French oak barrels. The colour is deep ruby red and if you smell it you perceive fruity aromas of cherry and plum followed by spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. The last sensation is a hint of chocolate to finish with pleasant blond tobacco references. Tannin is sweet and silky and then smooth and wide.

TEIA in Greek mythology was the mother of the sun, moon and the Aurora, a goddess bright and glorious as the wine that recalls. The Vermentino that bears his name, is releasing notes of ripe fruit: peach and citrus.
